I OWN A RIVAL RO100 10 QT ROASTER AND I USE IT 1 - 2 TIMES A WEEK AND THE LIGHT DOES NOT GO OFF LIKE IT USED TO AND THE FOOD IS BURNIN. CAN I SEND THE UNIT BACK FOR REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT.
