0 1-800-567-4825 model #RO171 Really not much to it. Common sense mostly. ALWAYS use removable insert to cook. Cooks like an oven. Use potholders to remove hot instert and rack. Exercise care when removing lid....steam escape is very hot. Wash by hand..not diswasher safe. Never submerse base/electrical unit in water. Food done when internal temp reached...use food thermometer.
