RIVAL PM 1000 CHEF PASTA MAKER NO INSTRUCTIONS FOR OPERATORING OR CARE HOW MANY CUTTING DYES WERE SUPPOSED TO COME WITH MACHINE, AND ALSO DOES THE MACHINE ALSO HAVE A SHUT-OFF PLATE, TO STOP THE DOUGH FROM GETTING INTO THE EXTRUDER? HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!
