I have used my steamer twice and this time after I put the water in and plugged it in the water was coming out of the bottom of the unit. I quickly unplugged it ,when it cooled of I could see that the center metal piece had drop down. I don't see where there was anything to hold it on . Is there something to make it stay up in place??? Please I really like it . rosiewitch
