faulty timer...

unable to set timer above 8hrs, when gets to this time, tier goes out, and all lights flash. If i set below this time, it will only stay on for about an hour, then timer goes off, and all lights flash again...

1 Hi I`m from argentina and someone has given me the rival scc600, but the users manual is missing. Where can I get it? (In argentina nobody sells crock pots so I don`t even know how to use it). Thanks
