I have a rival crock watcher. The settings are off, low, high and auto shift. The manual does not tell how long on high or low. Sure would appreciate this information. It was a wedding present 38 years ago. I have used it over the years and it is in good condition. This year I have been using it more often. Thanks, Joyce Gallas
