Question About Rival Slow Cooker 3860
power light keeps blinking but it won't turn on...

I have a #38601 Smart Pot and have used it a couple of times but now every time I plugged it in, the power light just keeps blinking but it won't turn on or do anything!! Can anyone help? I lost the manual and don't see any reset button anywhere.
