Since I've lost my directions I need help for one item ASAP, as I'm going to cook it tomorrow. Can you tell me how to cook a hen in this crockpot? Not sure of size yet. And will you give directions as to how to set it as well? OR can I access this info online without waiting to order the directions? Mine is the oval stoneware slow cooker that shifts to warm.
