We purchased a Roper over the range microwave from Lowe's a few years ago, it was on clearance. We knew we were going to remodel the kitchen at a later date. About seven months ago the remodel started and we pulled the microwave out of the box, plugged it in and it will not turn on. It was still in the box, can not figure this out. The model number is MHE-14XMQ-1
