Question About Roper Range None
Roper Gas Oven Gas Buildup...

I have a Roper Oven and when I turn it on, sometimes the gas comes on with a loud bang - like there is a build up of gas inside. Am I supposed to leave the door ajar when I turn my oven on? I do not have a manual. The oven came with the house when I moved in.
