Does the freezer have a drain? I cannot locate it to determine if it's clogged. The freezer works good, but the refrigerator not at all. I'm trying to repair it, but I cannot find any way for the water to drain and the evaporator coils were all iced over. I've cleaned the coils and would like to determine if the defrost heater is working or not.
