Freezer works fine, but refrigerator doesn't get cold enough.

5 The temperature in your refrigerator (fresh food) section should generally be between 38 and 42 degrees F. If your fridge section is regularly above that range, but your freezer is doing fine (around 19 degrees F) then the vents that connect the freezer to the fridge are blocked with ice or frost, preventing air circulation. All cooling occurs in the freezer compartment, and the cool air is circulated into the fridge by a fan near the evaporator coils. If frost is blocking the vents, the problem is likely your defrost heater, though, sometimes it can be due to excessive humidity and/or an door that isn't sealing properly. If the vents are clogged with ice, then you have a clogged defrost drain, which will need to be thawed and cleared out.
