I have a model RT18AKXK008 Serial # ES4211779 ref...

I have a model RT18AKXK008 Serial # ES4211779 refrigerator that has water running down the back inside wall of the refrigerator. It appears that the drain freezes and the melted water doesn't flow to the evaporator tank. What can I do to fix this problem? e-mail bvhagen517@suddenlink.net
