Sometimes the arm lever just randomly gets stuck in the full position, and it will not make more ice. Other times it gets stuck in the empty position, and it won't stop making ice. Any ideas on what causes this and how to solve it? It also always leaks a small amount so that we have to put a cup under it inside the ice bin, to keep the water from pouring over the existing ice and making one large block. That we can deal with, but the rest is annoying.
