May I get a manual for this model or can you tell me how to fix the problem. In the freezer we get a layer of ice on the bottom and then there is water in the fridge which I believe comes from the ice in the freezer. Maybe the drain is plugged or frozen? How do we get to it and how do we fix it? Thank-you very much for your assistance. We have always loved our Roper appliances!!!
