RT21AKXGW00 refigerator owned since new. Turned in...

RT21AKXGW00 refigerator owned since new. Turned into bar refrigerator 2 years ago. Usually sits unplugged due to back of use. Plugged in mid december for holidays. Won't cool/freeze. Appears to due everything else, lights,fan work. Whats up?
