This model #RT140KXGW02, Serial #VSJ1856231, type 14TFA98, has two rectangle holes in the top of the cabinet (which would be the bottom of the freezer). Water is leaking through these into the refrigerator. It appears that something should be connected to the holes or at some way to close them up. What do we do with this? The water has been dripping all over their items. The resident has placed a container to catch the water, but it seems to me, it shouldn't be doing this. Can you help???
