Two questions: (1) I have water coming out into the kitchen floor from the bottom/front of the refrigerator. what is causing this....I have just cleaned the front coils and shut off the water supply for the ice maker, but still some water is coming out---but not as much (2) there is a BIG knob on the bottom removable grill...and it can be turned....What is it for and what does it do.
