what causes water leak from freezer area...

There is water leaking from the the freezer area in the back down into the bottom area, there is no water hooked to the unit. I think its' from defrosting, but it shouldnt be leaking out

1 water is leaking from the freezer area in the back down into the bottom area. It looks like it is coming from the top, back, and center of the refrigerator unit. how is this fixed?
