I have a problem with my Russell Hobbs breadmaker Model...

I have a problem with my Russell Hobbs breadmaker Model RHBM 1500 . The two knealing pins turn, but the moment I put the ingredients in and start the machine the left pin refuse to turn and therefor the dough don't mix properly. Help please
