I only have one issue regarding the three + years ...

I only have one issue regarding the three + years I've been interfacing with your service, including uploading and downloading tons of complementary files and having left dozens of posted answers, and that is to say: Why have I never ever received an email reply notification of any type from your company's servers? And please don't try to blame my Yahoo Mail spam filter... it's been disabled for over three years now.

1 Yep, default is checked "Receive notifications of replies." And see, right there it reads: "You will receive replies". Not in 3 years I haven't.
