3 If anyone wants the manual, I have it in PDF format direct from Russell Hobbs themselves. The front cover is missing though, but all the info is there

Thanks, so much Rachel Oh also, vfurlong,I have found soggy bread is usually due to the cooking temp being too low, or leaving it in the pan too long after baking finishes
