Question About Russell Hobbs Bread Maker 17887

I purchased my first one for Christmas 2012 and after making two loaves, the left hand padlle would not mix once dough was partially formed. This left the left hand side of the tin with un-mixed ingredients. I exchanged it (very efficient) and blow me the new ones doing the same! Customer services me thinks.
