Must the pan lid be on whilst baking? There are 2 sets of kneading blades that differ in size. Which must be used for what? What's the hook for? Where do I find the cake, white and fruit&nut setting? Where are the pause button and the save/erase button? If I need to add ingredients at the add-in signal, do I just open the lid? Thanks!

3 The taller one is for popcorn or for pizza dough/pasta dough. The hook is to lift the silver inner lid when popcorn is finished opopping and cycle has ended the lid will be really hot and oven gloves to thick to lift the tin lid handle. To reset: keep pressed down the start button and power off by the switch located at the back. Keep the button pressed and power on again. To add ingredients just lift the lift the lid add ingredients like nuts etc and close the lid.

1 If you download this manual it quite clearly states the longer blades atre to be used for breads, not the shorter ones.

1 When and how do I remove the kneading blades from the bread/dough? During the baking process or at the end?
