hi i have been given a russell Hobbs 3 in one coffee maker 3323..... i cannot get the dial to move ... it is on the coffee cup....and i can get the water to come through the coffee in the esspresso filter... the steamer for the milk works...so i know that the water is getting hot enough...but cant get it to make esspresso...can you help me here.... also a manual would be great...cant seem to find one on the RH site...thanks heaps Cindy Rigby.
