Hi, I have a russell hobbs coffee maker type 14215...

Hi, I have a russell hobbs coffee maker type 142156-56. It has stopped working. On th the bottom left hand side of the big circular knob with the pictures of 1 cup and 2 cups on it is a red light. Under this red light is an emblem. A square box with 2 wavy lines in it. This red light is on. Please help. Many thanks Terry mohr
