bought this new in Aldi last week, I am not new to pressure cookers having used one since the 1960's but this one has me defeated. It wont seal properly, has boiled dry and completely ruined a beef stew. It seemed to seal and then unseal. Problem is I can't stand over it all the time it is being used. Not possible. HELP
