RHM2018 russell hobbs microwave/grill cooker.2days...

RHM2018 russell hobbs microwave/grill cooker.2days past guarantee and microwqve part is noot heating anything but grill part still works..have tried all setrings possible and no joy.all lights etc come on but no heat..anyone else with this problem or have a solution?would be most gratefull
