Solved : For anyone one else who has this problem 1.Turn of at the mains plug first, important you do this 2. Right hand finger on Timer/ Clock button 3. with your other hand turn the mains plug on and keep your finger held on the button Then the 24hour mode flashes,, now enter time Solved by Author of question
