Why does my Russell Hobbs microwave not vent the moisture created when heating food and drink. Virtually after every use, we have to mop out the inside with kitchen roll or a dish cloth to remove the condensation and pools of water collecting under the glass plate at the bottom? This cannot be right but it has been the case since we bought it! Model RMH2063B 750-800W 20L Batch 140308. Ident Label 7078155 Please help!
