Question About Russell Hobbs Toaster 10617
Glass Toaster two slice...

Does any one have a technical manual for this toaster? More particularly, does anyone have the part number and manufacturer of the IC microcontroller so that I can order it from, say, RS Components. I do not mean the Russell Hobbs part number, since I understand that they refuse to supply spare parts.
