when the items are assembled and you switch on it does not work , but when you remove the processor bowl thats on your right and touch the small black plastic at the base of where the processor bowl locks in and switch the processor on it works , it seems like that there is problem with the small black plastic , perhaps it does not make contact when the bowl is locked in.
