5 I found two instuctions on how to use Salton Expresso makers. They are for the EX-96 model which operates exactly like the EX-17 model. Enjoy! (see link below) Also, here is a great blog on tips to using the machine: http://lostbiro.com/blog/?p=16

5 I managed to find the manual (and recipes)in mint condition! I've scanned it in and converted it to a .pdf file. (Adobe Acrobat). Enjoy! I found this manual. Salton EX-17 Manual.pdf
