I bought the Salton Ice Maker at Christmas time as it was on sale... for my son as a birthday gift. His birthday was last week and we just tried it for the first time. There are only a few pieces of ice that came out and it has been over an hour and nothing else happens. I did not put too much water in it as per instructions. Could I have done something else wrong...any suggestions??? We just plug it in for the first time today and was hoping to bring it to the cottage this summer! :-(
