0 I have the same ice maker. I looked on the WWW to find some help for mine and found this: http://www.greenwayhp.com/index.php/ice_makers/details/pim9w which is the same machine with a diffrent name. I'm sure they can offer some ideas with your machine. That site helped me with my problems Hpe it helps Ya =)
