Question About Salton Yogurt Maker None
manual...

just want to know what the dial is on the top and if It matters. I don't have the lids. Can I use plastic wrap and an elastic band to secure it? thanks for your help.

0 You are supposed to set it so you know when the 12 hours are up at which time your yogurt is done
