Question About Samsung Microwave Oven SMV7165
Can't Figure Out the Convection Oven...

My mother in law owns this micrwave/convection oven combo and we have read the manual, seemed to have followed all the steps to get the convection oven to work but can't figure it out. Maybe we are missing a step, please help someone. Possibly write out the steps for me. Thanks.
