Question About Samsung Microwave Oven None

The start button and few others are not functioning. Does anyone know how to remove the faceplate so I can see if there is a wire disconnected or something sticking?

1 i purchased the samsung smh7187stg microwave demo model from lowes,it did'nt come with hardware or installation instruction,has anybody got information that can help. thank you larry

0 Problem almost certainly pressure sensitive switch mebrane is dying.Mine died about 9 months ago.I bought replacement from partstore.com,part# DE34-00205C about $35. To replace, u remove control box (2 screws above vent - slide vent to side to pop-off, one under front), unplug wires, unglue old membrane CAREFULLY using med/low heat from hairdryer, only 15 ~ 20 secs, DONT WARP BOX,until you can peel off old membrane.clean old glue,new membrane has a self adhesive backing,remove backing,afix, reconnect all
