Question About Samsung Microwave Oven None
Turntable not working...

Hi, the turntable of the microwave oven is not working. I suspected that the synchronous motor is probably not working. The part is described as: ST-16 (EX73MAAA) 21V AC, 50/60Hz, 5/6rpm, 3/2.5W, JAE IL Engineering Co. LTD. Do you know where can I get a part to replace it? And, what will be the cost? Thanks. Gene

4 Hello, I have the same issue...I unmount the motor, it is turning, but with no strength...

0 I just searched under the part number on Amazon and found it made by Sanyo for less. Part No: DE31-10154A 21V Microwave turntable motor. Replaces motors marked... 21V, 5 / 6 rpm, 50 / 60hz, 2.5 - 3 W, ST16 EX73MAAA $19.99 sales@microwaveglasstrays.com 1- 877-894-0035 Replaces motors manufactured by GPS Corporation AND Jae Il 1/2 " Plastic half moon shaft.
