Question About Samsung Oven BT621 Series
Preheating Time...

I have just be told by a service engineer that the preheating time for this oven is 40 (forty) minutes. The oven tells you it is up to temperature after about 5-10 minutes, but I was told you must ignore this! This must be the most inefficient oven on the market. Would Samsung like to comment on this?
