Hi! When switching on the fridge the compressor started and after a few seconds the "rd" appear on the screen and it cuts off the while unit

0 My Samsung Da68-00572a Side by Side Fridge/Freezer is faulty. The Freezer Tempreture light is constantly blinking and has defrosted right through. The seals are still tight & strong and the door is closed shut. I've swtiched the whole unit off and on again, the problem remains. Please HELP!!
