Fridge/Feezer RS22DCSW It freezes the water bottle...

Fridge/Feezer RS22DCSW It freezes the water bottle inside the fridge. Technician said it is the thermostat but parts supplier says it is PC Board. What do I need to replace please and where is it located. Thanks
