HELP WITH ICE MAKER...

I HAVE A WATER/ICE MAKER IN FRONT OF FREEZER DOOR...I AM GETTING WATER BUT NOTHING IS HAPPENING WITH THE ICE MAKER. SINCE EMTYING THE ICE PAN THERE HAS NOT EVEN BEEN A DRIP OF WATER OR ICE..mAKES NOISE..LIKE IT IS RUNNING BUT NOTHING HAPPENS..THANK YOU SO MUCH..THIS IS ABOUT 4YRS OLD AND ONLY 2 OF US USE IT
