I have the Samsung French door refrigerator with the sparkling water option on the door. It no longer works. I installed a new cartridge and pushed the reset button for 3 seconds. When I try to get water, there is no carbonation and the water flow is very slow. I installed a new filter in the refrigerator in December. The refrigerator is only 11 months old.
