Got home and my wife handed me a molded plastic part about 1"X1"X2" that she found in the freezer. I'm thinking they loaded too many items in the freezer and this piece got bumped off. I can't really see anything as this is a bottomtray freezer and the icemaker is up at the top left hand corner. Can I take out the whole drawer to gain access here?
