Question About Samsung Refrigerator None
Loss it's cool both top and bottom...

We seem to have a loss of coolness both top and bottom. Setting buttons don't seem to do anything. We did not get an owner's manual upon delivery. They ordered one, it never arrived to date. We've owned this unit for approximately 5 months now.
