When I arrived on scene, the refigerator deptment was a block of ice. Pushed lower shelves out the front. Had to dethaw before I could trouble shot, fan, defrost, etc... Moved unit to different location, thawed and pluged it in, now front display only blinks in the first didget on the refigerator temp. unit will not run, nothing happens but the top part of the light blinks. Any Ideas? Help
