MY SAMSUNG FRIDGE MODEL RS261MDRS CONTROL PANEL IS NOT WORKING.CHILD LOCK IS NOT ON. ONLY ONE BAR IN THE FREEZER TEMPERATURE BAR IS BLINKING. CAN ANYONE HELP ME??WE HAD A POWER OUTAGE FOR HALF AN HOUR THERE IS NO SURGE OR ANYTHING.
