WE PURCHASED THIS REFRIGERATOR AND IT WAS A FLOOR MODEL. WE DID NOT RECEIVE A OWNERS MANUAL FOR IT

0 i have a floor model as well. I received a paper manual. I can scan and email in pdf.. Alternately go to samsng web site and check under tecnical section to download manuals. I was able to get very detailed manuals on the LG site. Perhaps Samsung has them available. Also call Samsung usa technical assistance line (800) .............. Someone there will email you the manual. good luck!
