Question About Samsung Refrigerator RF4287HARS/XAA
Own Samsung 26 cu ft French door refrigerator wit...

Own Samsung 26 cu ft French door refrigerator with external water and ice dispenser. Model RF4287HARS. Refrigerator and freezer doesn't seem to be working. When I raise temperature on front panel, it then reverts back to OF or 8F. Food is unthawing. Is there a mechanism to reset or who should we contact for service. Live in Suitland, MD area.
